Terms of Payment
a) currently we are not required to be registered for VAT. Should this change necessary updates will be made to our prices on the website, or where we have not been able to update the website, you will be notified at the earliest possible time.
b) for private or bespoke sessions, travel costs @ 45p /mile for the first 10,000 miles and thereafter 25p/mile will be added if the location is further than a 30-minute drive.
c) we use third-party payment gateways such as PayPal and Stripe to help facilitate client payments should you purchase or sign up for any of our services via our website. Third-party payment gateways may charge you a transaction fee over which we have no control. We do not benefit from such transaction fees.
a) to adhere to, and to be legally bound by all the terms and conditions of the payment plan that we have shared with you, verbally or in writing (writing includes via email).
b) to make timely payments, i.e., all payments must made on or before the due date(s) specified in your payment plan.
c) that any delay in payment(s) shall entitle us to suspend the provision of our services to you until outstanding payments due to date have been paid in full.
d) that where the delay in payment continues for more than 7 (seven) calendar days from the due date, in addition to suspending the provision of our services to you, we shall be entitled to charge a late payment fee at 5% of the outstanding amount for each day of default.
e) that where we have concluded the provision of services to you, you shall still continue to make timely payments of outstanding amounts in accordance with the terms of your payment plan. In case of a delay or default in payment where such delay or default continues for more than 7 (seven) calendar days from the due date, we shall be entitled to:
f) By opting for a payment plan you agree for us to process and share your personal data with third parties, including without limitation debt collection agencies.
9. Offer codes run for certain validity periods and cannot be used outside of those periods.

Please allow us up to 14 days to process refunds.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to use their own judgement about attending a booked session if feeling poorly, to declare any medical conditions and bring their meds.
They will also bring suitable, adequate clothing, this includes extra layers and waterproofs or sun lotion, hat and insect repellent.
Participants will respect the forest by not leaving any trace of their visit and doing no harm to anything on any Forest Therapy walk.
My Responsibility
Adore Your Outdoors is insured and has public liability insurance of £5million.
I am first aid qualified – outdoor first aid and mental health first aid.
I conduct risk assessments at all sites and do a pre-walk routine on the morning of the walk to check the route is safe.
